SHIPPING POLICY:

 

CANADIAN CUSTOMERS

All Canadian transactions are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
Unauthorized use of another person’s credit card is prohibited.
All shipments unless otherwise requested will be sent via Canada Post.
We ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow 6-10 business days after the order is shipped for delivery.
All orders placed are on a first come first served basis.

Wholesale Orders: Please allow 3-4 weeks lead time — Quotes are valid for 30 days — Payment options for wholesale orders above 500 lbs are Direct Deposit / Certified Check / Cleared Business Check — All International & Domestic orders must be paid in full before the order is processed and shipped.

US CUSTOMERS

All US transactions are in US dollars (USD)..

We ship orders Tuesdays and Fridays. Please allow 6-10 business days after the order is shipped for delivery.

REFUND POLICY:

CANADIAN & US CUSTOMERS

If the product is damaged, defective, or of substandard quality the customer must contact Miracle Source within seven (7) business days of receiving the product. The customer must provide a written statement and photos pon request. After reviewing the claim and determining the product was damaged, defective or of substandard quality Miracle Source will immediately send a replacement order. The recipient must return all damaged, defective or substandard product within fourteen (14) business days to the Miracle Source administration located at (PO BOX 516,  625 TCH Frontage Road, Sicamous, BC, Canada, V0E 2V0), or as otherwise directed by Company Administrator. Failure to do so will void Miracle Source’s customer refund obligations, and the customer will subsequently be charged for the replacement order and all appropriate shipping charges. All damaged, defective or substandard product returned to Miracle Source without prior notification will not qualify for a refund or replacement.

PRIVACY POLICY:

All customer information is held strictly confidential. All credit card information is either destroyed or encrypted. Miracle Source Food Group Ltd. may not sell, disseminate, or provide customer information to any other third party. This policy survives the cancellation of any order and/or the termination of any customer agreement.

All claims, disputes and liabilities are deemed to be in the jurisdiction of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Orders are processed and agreed upon in British Columbia and all agreements written or otherwise are to be entirely performed in British Columbia. Any claim or dispute by any party in regards to Miracle Source Food Group Ltd. shall be settled by final, binding, non-appealable arbitration in British Columbia, Canada. The entire arbitration shall be administered under regional law governed by the Province of British Columbia.
